Sometimes the talking heads are so entertaining, a blah-grr's job is a breeze. But when they get stuck on flogging the same dead donkeys, it is a challenge. Blah blah democrats have no values, democrats have no brains, democrats have an unfair advantage because the media loves Obama, Obama is stoopid and has no values and all he has is a big media entourage, and it's not fair to the GOSPers because all they have is about six cable channels and every minute of talk radio to run their "underground revolution" against the forces in this country that have driven us down the garden path and the lack of leadership that has driven us into a ditch down the garden path and....wait a minute. The GOSPers ran everything for a good long time. And from all any reasonable person could tell they made things much worse in economic growth, trade deficit, energy problems, home ownership, job creation and other things that might be of interest to regular Americans. But LOOK LOOK they want to KILL BABIES and SURRENDER to FOREIGN powers and STOP THE FLOW OF BARGAIN AMERICAN OIL, and if you have to ask how much gasoline is then maybe you have no business buying a car.

Besides, being president takes experience, a lot of experience, a tremendous huge amount of experience that a person can only acquire by being as old as Ronald Reagan and Bob Dole.

Sources close to the Beagle, in a miraculous pre-publication letter to the editor, ask, "Can you name one single thing that Butch Administration has accomplished or that you would say they handled well? I can't think of one thing."

Which one is Cindy McCain?

Banned Dr. Hin?

When Spencer Tracy supposedly said, "Not much meat, but what's there is choice," in re: Katharine Hepburn, did he pronounce it "cherse" or "choy-eeze?"
Tracy was from Milwaukee and went to boarding school west of Topeka before returning to Wisconsin for most of his formative years, and considering he was a white man, living in middle part of the 20th century, he probably did not say, "choy-eeze."

Ahem ... the full and correct quote is - Not much meat on her, but what's there is cherse.

The subtle echo of "her" within "cherse" is typically dry wordplay for drunken writers of the time.

"choy-eeze"? WTF is wrong with you?

Real Ian Fleming schtuff

The Beagletorial staff can attest to the under-investigating by an official newspaper of a malicious Mata Hari who claimed to be intimidated at a meeting she wasn't invited to but was never asked to leave. The fair and balanced paper politely reported the denials. But, hey, who asked the questions?

Of course you are going to deny, innocent or not, so at least some people get to think you're still guilty, and that's how they get ya.

In the same issue there appeared an unfortunate over-reporting of a surreptitious retired person which is closer to actual journalism than any Beagle would like to be.
